Unlike many other organizations, we consciously avoid implementing excessive procedures and conditions that complicate the refund process. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- You are eligible for a refund within the first 3 days of your initial order with GameTeam.
- This policy is applicable only to the "first order" date and does not extend to the first 3 days of subsequent (recurring) months.
- Refunds are not available for recurring monthly payments. You must cancel your subscription/service before your card is charged again.
How to Request a Refund?
To initiate a refund request:
1. Contact our technical support team via email, live chat, or ticket system.
2. Inform them of your desire to obtain a refund.
3. Upon request, your server will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
4. You will receive a refund to your original payment method.
- The refund process may take several days, subject to the processing time of your bank.
- For all payment methods, processing/network fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
